Denver, CO—For the fourth consecutive year, The Noerr Programs celebrated Christmas in July with Santa University at the Noerr Pole.  Naturally bearded gentlemen in red designer suits learned how to Create Holiday Magic! as a Noerr Santa, in preparation for their role in hundreds of shopping centers across the country.

The Noerr Programs is a leading marketing and digital event imaging company that provides The Santa Photo Experience for the young and the young at heart. 

Taking part in the four-day training were gentlemen with genuine beards and belly laughs from every part of the country.  The program focused on “The Art of Being a Genuine Santa”—from looking the part, to staying in character, media training, ethics, social media and the heart and generosity of Santa.

Acts of kindness kicked off the weekend, as Santas assembled 250 care boxes for troops in Afghanistan during Operation Santa’s Stocking at The Noerr Pole. Packages were filled with everyday necessities, treats and handwritten notes of encouragement for the 59th Quartermaster Company, a Colorado Springs unit stationed in Afghanistan. These packages were made possible with the support of partners: 
• Denver-based Perky Jerky, makers of an ultra- premium, all-natural protein snack, a highly prized commodity by troops stationed in the field   

• The Retired Enlisted Association Memorial Foundation of Aurora, Colo. who donated sunscreen, toothpaste, toothbrushes, deodorant and cleansing wipes 

• Creative Lodging Solutions of Lexington, Ky. provided favorite snacks to lift the troops’ spirits with a reminder of home 

• IPW, Inc. of Denver donated power bars, snacks and hygiene products 

• Insperity of Denver contributed toward shipping costs
