Arvada, Colo.—The Noerr Programs, a leading marketing and digital event imaging company that serves the retail and shopping center industries, has promoted three executives to key positions in its field operations effective immediately.  Steve Fischetti has been named vice president of field operations and consumer sales, Danny Neron has been promoted to senior division manager and Mark London has been named manager of the Florida division.

Hired by The Noerr Programs in 1994, Fischetti has developed the sales operation of the company, which produces more than 3.5 million photos each year for customers who visit Santa Claus and the Easter Bunny.  Through specialized technology and high-speed digital printers, families pose for keepsake photographs with their favorite character, then view and purchase them on the spot.

Fischetti directs a field staff that includes nine division managers, 23 region managers and 3,000 seasonal employees in 38 states and Puerto Rico. In addition to field operations, hecontinues to develop consumer sales strategies that include photo packages, seasonal merchandising and field training. Fischetti reports to Carl Chudnofsky, who joined The Noerr Programs Corporation as president last October.

“Steve has provided important strategic direction and double digit sales growth for The Noerr Programs over his 18 year career here,” said Chudnofsky. “His remarkable talent has helped this company grow from doing business in 22 malls to more than 200 malls and other locations across the country today.”

As a senior division manager reporting to Fischetti, Neron will oversee Northeast operations, including New York, New Jersey, Eastern Pennsylvania and Massachusetts where he will implement focused sales strategies.

“Danny’s responsibilities speak to his exceptional skills in evaluating opportunities, planning signage, developing merchandise, maximizing traffic flow, identifying talent and training staff.  His strategic and administrative skills are equally strong, and I am pleased to have him serve in this key role,” said Fischetti.

London has been promoted to division manager in Florida managing 25 malls. Prior to joining The Noerr Programs, London held high profile positions with Equity Properties in Chicago from 1985 through 1993 and General Growth Properties from 1993 to 1999. Prior to that, he was an executive with Pyramid Properties.  Concurrent with his management positions, London served as an instructor at the International Council of Shopping Centers Professional School for 15 years and was on the ICSC Educational Advisory Board for eight, earning the ICSC distinguished service award.

“The promotions of these three outstanding executives underscores the commitment of our company to build a skillful management team dedicated to unique and quality experiences for our guests,” said Chudnofsky.

The Noerr Programs, celebrating 23 years in business, provides turn-key digital event imaging and marketing services, including The Santa Photo Experience and Bunny Photo Experience for hundreds of regional shopping centers and retailers nationwide.
