Noerr Programs Promotes Two, Names Senior Regional Managers PDF Print E-mail

Denver, Colo.—The Noerr Programs Corporation, a digital event imaging services company that has gained acclaim for its children’s photos with Santa, has promoted two employees and appointed six senior regional managers to oversee operations in the 37 states in which it does business. Steve Fischetti has been promoted to Director of Business Development and Berk Wright to Director of Field Operations.  Their responsibilities begin immediately.

Both directors work year-round to provide clients special photo services at events ranging from movie premiers, sports events, youth sports and national conventions.  At Christmas time their efforts focus on managing photo events in 165 malls with Santa Claus and visiting children.

Fischetti, a 13-year employee of Noerr Programs, is located in Whiting, New Jersey.  He creates strategies to support existing business, new business opportunities and product development.  He evaluates changing consumer interests and designs a mix of pricing and promotions and conducts motivation and sales training for the national team.

Wright, a five-year employee located in Arvada, Colo., oversees operations in 27 regions, including hiring, training and managing a regional staff of 24 and a seasonal staff of 2,000.  He has 25 years of experience in entertainment imaging and theme park industries, including 10 with Eastman Kodak and its subsidiaries.

“We are extremely pleased with the strength of our management team, their leadership and dedication to creating a magical experience with Santa Claus for all of the children who visit our holiday sets,” said Judy Noerr, president of the Colorado-based company.

Named as Senior Regional Managers are Mark Terranova, West Coast; Becky Anderson, Midwest; Craig Richel, Great Lakes; Tony Price, Northeast; and George Ramos, Florida.  Wright will serve as interim Senior Regional Manager for the Southeast, including the states of Georgia, Virginia, North Carolina and South Carolina. The Senior Regional Managers oversee the work of the Regional Managers and Set Managers at the malls during holiday time.  The newly-named Senior Regional Managers will participate in training at the Noerr Pole in Arvada, Colo., beginning in September.

This is the twentieth year Noerr Programs has created magical experiences for children at holiday time, taking high quality photos of children talking to their favorite friend at malls across the nation.  Noerr is the largest employer of naturally-bearded Santa Claus’ in the nation and currently has more than 600 Santas in its database.

According to Judy, Santa duties this year begin as early as the day after Halloween in some areas.  On that day Santas take their places in big chairs on colorful sets in malls across America, listening to children’s wish lists and posing for portraits taken by Noerr photo professionals.  Parents get the opportunity to buy photos or merchandise with their children’s pictures.

Noerr Programs, founded in 1981, is headquartered in Arvada, Colo., and has 21 employees at corporate headquarters, including a full-time professional costumer.  Noerr Programs provides Digital Event Imaging services, productions and promotions for clients nationwide.
